Tootsie girl is my Shih Tzu dam and is scheduled to be retired next year.  She will have had three litters and will be five years old.  She is full of personality, and she carries herself like she is queen of any environment she is in.  Toots only weighs 14 pounds, but her vibrance makes up for size.  She will need to be an adult companion dog and will best flourish with only one other dog.
